100% Beef Tallow: The Way Fries Were Meant to Be

Our fryer runs exclusively on 100% beef tallow — no blends, no shortcuts.

Sauces Made In-House, Seed Oil Free

We also make every spread and sauce ourselves. That means no bottled mystery oil bases, no canola, no soybean, no “vegetable oil blend.”

Instead, we use avocado oil as the base of our house-made mayonnaise — a natural, minimally processed fat that stays true to our mission.

This is how we keep every sauce, drizzle, and dollop as clean as possible, without sacrificing richness or flavor.
