What’s In Your Cup Matters, Too
We talk a lot about what goes on the plate — the all-natural beef, the tallow-cooked fries, the seed oil free kitchen we've built from the ground up. But honestly? The conversation doesn't stop when you reach for a drink. What's in your cup is just as much a part of your meal as the food it sits next to, and we've treated it that way from day one.
What's NOT in Your Food (And Why We're Proud of That)
Microplastics are tiny plastic particles that can sneak into your food through prep surfaces, packaging, and beverages with research links them to inflammation and hormone disruption.
So, with this in mind, we made some intentional changes..
Clean Beef, Better Burger
We've always said that what goes into your burger matters just as much as how it's made. That's why we are beyond excited to announce that we're now sourcing our beef from Royal Family Farms, and once you know what makes their Royal Range beef different, you'll understand why we didn't hesitate.
The Burger Worth Voting For
We’re honored to have been nominated for the Best Burger in North County!
So, what makes our burgers stand out? Why are people calling them the best in San Diego? Here are five reasons we think you’ll taste the difference from the very first bite:
One Year of Serving Something Better
We’re incredibly proud of how far we’ve come — both in the big milestones and the small everyday moments.
And we’re even more excited about where we’re headed next.
Thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and growing alongside us. We truly wouldn’t be here without this community.
Here’s to year one… and many more to come.
What Makes Our Beef Different
A great smash burger doesn’t start on the griddle. It starts long before that, with the beef itself.
The quality of the meat determines everything — the flavor, the texture, the way it sears, and how juicy it stays in the center. You can season and sauce all you want, but if the beef isn’t right, the burger never quite gets there.
That’s why we put so much care into what goes into our patties. For us, better burgers begin with better sourcing, better cuts, and better preparation.
