How We Stay Seed Oil Free
1. House-Made Spreads, Made the Right Way
Most restaurant spreads and sauces rely heavily on industrial seed oils and artificial stabilizers. We took a different route.
All of our spreads are made in-house using a base of our own house-made mayo crafted with avocado oil — not seed oils. From there, we build each flavor from scratch:

Each one is made with real, all-natural ingredients, fresh herbs, and no shortcuts. No fillers. No mystery oils. Just honest ingredients you can feel good about eating.
Avocado oil was an intentional choice — it’s more stable, less processed, and aligns with our commitment to cleaner cooking without sacrificing flavor or texture.
2. Fresh Cut Potatoes Fried in Beef Tallow
Our fries are cooked the old-school way — in 100% beef tallow.
Before seed oils became the industry standard, tallow was the gold standard for frying. We brought it back for a reason.
Why beef tallow?
It’s naturally stable at high heat
It creates a crispier, more flavorful fry
It contains no industrial seed oils
It aligns with traditional cooking methods our bodies recognize
